Thank you for choosing Wonder Nannies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with Wonder Nannies, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
1.1 Wonder Nannies specializes in connecting families with qualified childcare providers and household staff.
1.2 These Terms apply to all clients, candidates, and visitors of our website.
1.3 Any exceptions to these Terms must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Services
2.1 Wonder Nannies provides services including but not limited to:
Long-term nanny placements
Temporary, part-time, and travel nanny placements
Newborn care specialist placements
Household staff recruitment (e.g., chefs, chauffeurs, housekeepers)
2.2 Wonder Nannies acts solely as an introduction agency and is not the employer of the candidates we place.
3. Client Obligations
3.1 Clients are required to:
Provide accurate and complete information about their requirements and family dynamics.
Treat all candidates with respect and professionalism.
Comply with all applicable labor and tax laws.
3.2 Clients are solely responsible for offering employment contracts, setting employment terms, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
3.3 Any changes to the job description, compensation, or working conditions must be communicated to Wonder Nannies and the candidate promptly.
4. Candidate Obligations
4.1 Candidates must:
Provide truthful and accurate information about their qualifications and experience.
Act with professionalism and adhere to agreed-upon terms with their employer.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the families they work for.
4.2 Candidates must comply with Wonder Nannies’ standards of professionalism, discretion, and punctuality.
5. Placement Fees and Payment
5.1 Long-Term Placements:
Launch Fee: A non-refundable fee of €500 is required to initiate the search. This fee guarantees that Wonder Nannies will present you with at least two candidates who meet your requirements.
Placement Fee: Upon hiring a candidate, the Placement Fee is 15% of the candidate’s net compensation for the first year of employment. The Launch Fee will be deducted from the total Placement Fee.
5.2 Temporary and Part-Time Staff Placements:
Launch Fee: A non-refundable fee of €500 is required to initiate the search, with the same guarantee of a minimum of two suitable candidates.
Placement Fee: The Placement Fee is 15% of the candidate’s net compensation for the duration of the placement, subject to a minimum of €200.
5.3 Payment of the Placement Fee is due immediately upon hiring the candidate. If payment is not received within the agreed timeline, Wonder Nannies reserves the right to impose additional charges and suspend further services.
5.4 The Placement Fee is calculated based on the net compensation agreed between the client and the candidate. Clients must ensure all compensation details are accurate and provided to Wonder Nannies in a timely manner.
6. Refunds and Replacements
6.1 Permanent Placements:
If a candidate leaves their role within a 12-week guarantee period, Wonder Nannies will offer a replacement.
If no suitable replacement is found within two months of notification, a refund will be granted, less a pro-rata amount of the fees paid per week worked.
6.2 Temporary Placements:
If a candidate leaves before the agreed end of the placement, and Wonder Nannies does not find a suitable replacement, a refund will be granted.
6.3 Refunds or replacements are subject to compliance with all payment terms and the accurate provision of information by the client.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
7.1 Wonder Nannies is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not share personal data outside of our agency, and all information is managed using authorized third-party software designed to ensure privacy and security.
7.2 Both clients and candidates must maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive information exchanged during the placement process.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Wonder Nannies performs thorough screenings and vetting of candidates but cannot guarantee performance, compatibility, or suitability.
8.2 Wonder Nannies is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from the employment relationship between clients and candidates.
9. Termination of Services
9.1 Either party may terminate the engagement in writing before the final placement.
9.2 Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
10.2 Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, where applicable.
11. Amendments
Wonder Nannies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and candidates and posted on our website.
