- 2-3 months initially

💼 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Primary newborn care (settling, bathing, sleep routines, occasional bottle feeding)
- Breastfeeding support and guidance
- Support mother's postnatal recovery and wellbeing
- Help establish sibling bond
- Night support (rota or as needed)
- Newborn-related chores such as laundry and nursery tidying
- Occasional assistance with 2-year-old during transition
- Taking the baby on walks in the park and occasional travel within Italy/Switzerland
🏆 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
- Proven maternity nurse or newborn care specialist experience
- Relevant qualifications in newborn/postnatal care
- First Aid and Infant CPR certification
- Enhanced DBS check or equivalent
- Excellent references from previous families
- Intuitive understanding of when to be present/give space
- Chemistry and personality fit is crucial
- Comfortable with toddlers
- Non-smoker

- Fluent in English or Italian
- Experience with expat families
- Breastfeeding/lactation support background
